An experience like no other that consciously connects our unique individual souls with the greater purpose to be in service to self and others.
Our approach
Kula, in the ancient India language of Sanskrit, means community and tribe. At The Kula Well, we believe that Kula is about belonging, inclusion, and cultivating sacred spaces as individuals - where women join together to lift and support each other - so we can also be the love and light that supports others.
Retreat & Service Trip
Join us as we come together to first fill our own inner goddess wells, and then step into service and fill the wells of others - children and women survivors of human trafficking.
Journey with Us
During this two-part personal journey and experience we first prioritize ourselves and retreat inward, a few steps from the Ganges River at the magical Raj Bawali - located a few miles south of Kolkata India.
Then having filled our personal wells - mind, body, and soul - we will travel to the city of Kolkata, India, and step into community and service with survivors of human trafficking.
While this journey is experienced as two parts, you may find that while in service, the magic of meeting and working with these survivors is actually a gift that fills your soul and individual well as much as your time at Raj Bawali.
This entire retreat welcomes you into new cultures, opens your creativity, sparks your awareness, and is a magical deviation from the norm and busyness of normal life. As a collective, we will step into a new environment, one filled with mystery, joy, and history of wholeness and healing.

This retreat time offers space to simply be and planned experiences to nourish and expand your mind, body, & soul. Daily yoga, meditation, & personal time will be coupled with cultural experiences, allowing you to embrace & learn about India.
